Yo, check this out. Japanese entrepreneur Moe Kasugai was at Yonsei University in Seoul when it hit her: some of the brightest grads couldn’t snag a job. So, in 2019, she launched a service to connect Korean job-seekers with Japanese employers. Can you believe that? These folks are sharp, yet they were struggling!
Moe’s like, “These people are so smart and many can speak Japanese. Why not help them get to Japan?” That’s some real passion right there. She set up a job fair in Seoul through her startup, Korec, last month, making waves in job matchmaking like it’s nobody’s business!
