Takaichi urges female envoys to unite against gender barriers.

Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi is rallying support to tackle the tough barriers women face in leadership, speaking to a group of female ambassadors in Japan. She highlighted the "glass ceiling", which restricts promotions, and the "glass cliff", where women are often set up to fail in top roles, urging everyone to unite and dismantle these obstacles.
